Tom brings more than 20 years of experience cultivating and motivating sales teams, driving incremental revenue, and building strong alliances with clients and partners.
Prior to joining DHR, Tom was responsible for the western US region at UL Workplace & Safety driving profitable sales with large enterprise companies. He also ran global channels and international sales at eEye Digital Security (now BeyondTrust) where he built the channel program and improved overall partner relations. Tom assumed the role of running mid-market sales at NetPro, where he increased revenue per head by 18% in one year, which was fundamental in driving the company towards a successful sale to Quest Software. Previously, Tom launched and managed the channel sales division at SolarWinds, where he consistently grew worldwide year-over-year sales and expanded the number of US resellers by 50%. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales management positions at Red Hat, Scansoft (now Nuance Communications), and McAfee, receiving numerous management and sales achievement distinctions.
